AI Services and Data Processing
- Superproxy engages third-party artificial intelligence, voice technology, and telephony service providers to power AI-assisted features, including the chat assistant, voice calls, and email drafting. Your explicit in-app consent is obtained before any personal data is transmitted to these providers.
- Moonshot AI processes data to power the chat assistant and email drafting features.
- OpenAI may process data to power the chat assistant and email drafting features.
- Anthropic may process data to power the chat assistant and email drafting features.
- ElevenLabs provides AI voice synthesis, call recording, and transcription services for the voice call features.
- Twilio provides the telephony infrastructure used to initiate and manage voice calls.
- Personal data transmitted to these providers may include contact details, company information, quotation and invoice records, call transcripts, and email content. Each provider is authorized to use such data solely for the purpose of delivering the AI feature you requested.
Data Retention
We retain your data while your account is active. You can export or request deletion of your data at any time, subject to legal or contractual obligations.
Security
We use encryption in transit, access controls, and monitoring to safeguard your data. No system is 100% secure, but we continually improve our protections.
